In December 2012, Canhigh Group and Hangzhou Vanke jointly won the Xilu plot. This is another fine work by Canhigh after Dream of Butterfly and positioned as a high-end humanity community which naturally integrates with Xixi Wetland.
Xilu Garden is located in Xihu District of Hangzhou, adjacent to Xixi National Wetland Park, with the water of wetland passing through the project. Based on the respect and deep understanding of the geographical context of Xixi, the project created a unique architectural style, which was new to the real estate market of Hangzhou at that time. The style of the project is modern Orientalism. On the basis of deep compliance with Xixi Wetland's geographical culture - Lu Culture, the architectural design of upper eaves and lower courtyards is adopted, which reflects the high-end living quality of the community. “Xilu Twelve Scenes” and a 300-meter landscape axis are planned to be built.
The first phase of Xilu Garden covers an area of about 76,000 square meters, with a construction area of 220,000 square meters in total. It consists of townhouses, multi-storey garden houses, small high-rise buildings and high-rise apartments, with about 1,500 households. The project was delivered in July 2016.
