Poetic Home (Shaoxing) is not only the pioneering work of Canhigh in Datan District of Shaoxing, but also the first successful replication of Poetic Home series in other places. The project is located in Jinghu New Distict in Shaoxing, adjacent to Jinghu Lake National Wetland Park known as "Green Lung of Shaoxing". It has excellent natural resources with Jishan Mountain, Wenbi Pagoda and the vast Jinghu Lake.
In November 2005, Canhigh won the bid for Datan plot of Jinghu New District to develop Poetic Home (Shaoxing). This project belongs to the series of Canhigh landscape products. Combining the essence of Shaoxing traditional Taimen mansion and the perfect Jinghu natural landscape, it is the first modern residential area and the first high-quality urban residential landmark in Shaoxing.
The project ranks top in Shaoxing. A poetic compound mansion has a super wide area. Spacious living room and dining rooms and oversized sky terrace lead the trend of modern homes in Shaoxing. The townhouse inherits the essence of Shanghai-style Taimen courtyard. Quality materials are selected for this project. From wall and roof insulation systems to the Italian ALUK door and window system, from Panasonic Fresh Air System, Smith Central Water Heater, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' Central Air Conditioner to Otis Elevator, from eightfold security, ADEL fingerprint lock to smart home terminal, each part is carefully selected and strictly checked.
The project covers a total area of about 60,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 150,000 square meters in total. The buildings are high-rise apartments and townhouses, including 16 buildings and more than 600 households. The project started to sell in March 2007 and was put into service in December 2008.
