Located along Gudun Road of Hangzhou's Zijingang area, Warm Town is adjacent to the century-old famous university - Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University. It was a million-square-meter super community that was rarely seen in the urban area of Hangzhou at that time. From the date of land acquisition in August 2000, the construction of Warm Town has been tightly connected with regional development. With principle "building towns ahead of houses" and teaming up with Sandun Town Government, Canhigh started to reconstruct Sandun New Town based on the responsibility of the city developer.
"Creating a life ahead of houses", Warm Town being a large regional residential community follows the "supporting facilities first" principle to maximize the "one-stop" living. With more than 30,000 square meters of commercial facilities, Warm Town built a three-level commercial supporting system including community business, regional business and urban business, and created a regional business center to provide residents with a more convenient and participatory life and make communities and businesses flourish together, which give the real estate development of Hangzhou and even Zhejiang Province a model significance.
With the concept of "modern and urban neighborhood" as the core idea, Warm Town combined the design of modern architecture with the traditional Chinese residential culture and redefined the concept of "neighborhood", which make it become the first semi-enclosed neighborhood in Hangzhou and the first model Chinese amicable housing in Zhejiang Province. A newly "good, beautiful, functional and amicable" housing is created. At that time, the classic cartoon characters called Qinqin and Aiai were popular in Hangzhou, which also gave a new meaning and vitality into the Hangzhou real estate market.
The total area of the project is about 500,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 100,000 square meters in total. Multi-storey buildings, high-rise buildings, townhouses, commerce offices and office buildings are provided. The project was developed in four phases, sold since August 2003, and delivered in parts from June 2005 to July 2009, so that more than 6,000 families realized their dream of living and built a city of family life.
