Canhigh Vanke · Huanglong Vanke Center is located in the core zone of Hangzhou Huanglong Business District, 77 Xueyuan Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou. With the concept of "New Economy, New Ecology, New Huanglong" and the positioning of "Knowledge Urban Innovation Zone", the project takes a lead in the industrial upgrading and innovation of Hangzhou City.

With the architectural design of "knowledge box" as the main feature, Canhigh Vanke · Huanglong Vanke Center is an independent building with different functions and fashionable and trendy facades, which create an inclusive, open and linked space. In April 2018, the project won the Guangxia Award, which is the highest award in the industry.

The project is developed in four phases. Building G, H and I of the first phase were developed by Canhigh independently and put into use in April 2015. In May 2015, it was awarded the LEEE Gold certification by the US Green Building Council and attracted domestic innovative Internet giants such as Ant Financial, Mito, and Youzan.com being the first ones to settle in.

At the beginning of 2016, Canhigh introduced Vanke as the equity partner of the project. The quality and innovation are promoted in all-round way through the sharing of quality resources between the two sides.

Buildings A and B of the second phase are designed by KPF, USA. In April 2018, they won the Guangxia Award, which is the highest award in the real estate development industry. Office buildings A and B were put into operation in October 2018. Building B has been officially signed with WeWork, which is the world's leading creator community and space ＆ service provider. Commercial K-lab was put into trial operation on December 28, 2018. Buildings E and F in the 3rd phase and buildings C and D in the 4th phase are planned to be put into use at the end of 2019 and 2021 respectively.

The project covers a total area of about 87,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 400,000 square meters in total, covering 9 international 5A office buildings and 80,000-square-meter K-lab new business model. With knowledge as the link, it will become a complete urban ecological system integrating commerce, business, education, culture, entertainment, art, catering and exhibition. After the project is fully put into use, the rental income will exceed RMB 600 million.
