On April 13, 2017, Canhigh successfully invested in the Dongqian VillaProject in Ningbo.  The project was won by Ningbo Vanke on September 28, 2016. The volume area is 140,000 square meters in total, but the plot ratio is only 1.01.

Dongqian Villa project is only 12 kilometers away from the center of Yinzhou District, Ningbo. It is located on the North Bank of East Qianhu Lake Resort which is the Business Card in Ningbo, the largest natural freshwater lake in Zhejiang Province, national 5A-level tourist resort, the future development direction of east Ningbo. The project is the only low-rise residence in the south facing the lake, which can be regarded as a typical representative of houses with prosperity and tranquility.
