On June 27, 2017, Canhigh and Vanke indirectly held the equity of Leisure Lake Project which is the million-square super community in the form of equity acquisition.

Leisure Lake Project is located in the plate of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, occupying the core position of Chengxi Science Innovation Corridor.
