On September 25, 2017, Shenzhen Licheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Industrial ＆ Commercial Trust Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Canhigh Construction Group Co., Ltd.. The three parties will establish a cooperation mechanism to jointly promote the development of the old city reconstruction projects in Shenzhen through financial products and equity cooperation.

The project is located in the Longgang District in the center of Shenzhen. The surrounding traffic is well developed, in the "30-minute traffic circle" with Hong Kong, Luohu Center of Futian District and Dongguan. It plans to build the district into a local landmark urban renewal housing project within three to four years. All three parties believe that based on the good prospects and great potential of the project itself as well as the years of experience accumulated by Licheng, Hangzhou Industrial ＆ Commercial Trust Co., Ltd.and Canhigh in real estate investment, this strategic cooperation will surely achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
