Main Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the fine decoration design and management of the Harmonious Homes Project

Industry Background:

Those who worked in the real estate industry or design institutes and those with working experience in real estate benchmarking enterprises are preferred

Major:

Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural Decoration Design, etc.

Requirements for the Position:

1. With at least 3-year relevant working experience in real estate development companies;

2. Be familiar with the application of interior decoration materials and equipment;

3. Work conscientiously, responsibly, enthusiastically and actively, with good communication and coordination skills;

4. Be skilled in using various drawing software and office systems.

5. Be familiar with national office and residential design specifications and the real estate development process.
