Be responsible for the civil engineering management of the Harmonious Homes Project

Industry Background:

Those who worked in the real estate industry and those with working experience in real estate benchmarking enterprises are preferred

Major:

Civil Engineering, Commercial and Civil Building, Engineering Management, etc.

Requirements for the Position:

1. With more than 3 years of working experience in the real estate industry, be familiar with Party A's on-site management process, and independently taking charge of managing a project of over 50,000 square meters;

2. Be familiar with national and industry norms, mandatory standards and laws and regulations;

3. Work conscientiously, responsibly, enthusiastically and actively, with good communication and coordination skills;

4. Be skilled in using various drawing software and office systems.
